I got this from Google Translate:

So I don't think you used Google Translate but you used some other kind of translation software or service. Translating by hand is a lot of hard work, after all.

Is that the only thing you translated or.......? We need a status on what your working on and what's already done, can't just download this blindly if that's the only thing you've translated

Honestly, a battle menu + inventory/status menu patch would go a long way with this game. Best to start with that before doing the story text.

Also, I agree that you need to provide more details on this project

Hey! Is this really working for PSP? I've already tried doing the instructions that you have posted here but nothing happened. Can you tell me how to do it?
Code:
7z -otmp -x /path/to/ao.iso
cp -RT /path/to/extracted/zip/scena tmp/PSP_GAME/USRDIR/data/scena
isoinfo -f -i /path/to/ao.iso | nl -nln -s ";" | awk -F ";" '{print substr($2,2) " -" $1}' > sort_file
mkisofs -sort sort_file -iso-level 4 -xa -A "PSP GAME" -V "PSP GAME" -sysid "PSP GAME" -volset SSX_PSP -p SSX -o /path/to/new.iso tmp

I thought there was no Japanese PC version for Ao, just the Chinese. Yet your video shows Japanese. I'm kinda confused at what you're playing.
Nonetheless, if this could work on Evo on Vita, I'd use it in the heartbeat for the NPC dialogue. Mostly because I find this PC version you speak of a little dubious.

And given this is a work in progress, I'd really recommend making use of that spreadsheet translation and inserting that where applicable if that's at all a viable option.

I put the files from PSP version into the PC version.

I already tried using the spreadsheet translation; check out eng_lazy branch. Not all lines are translate.

Right, but if the two were combined then at least most of the main story dialogue would have a decent translation -- then the rest would be the machine-translated stuff.

What's that? *sigh* I don't quite get it.

Any tutorials on getting the PC version to even run properly? It's all in Chinese so I can't make heads or tails of anything. My computer won't even display a lot of the characters in the setup menus. I can run the exe but I've got no sound.

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol

I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol

So that version is semi rare
