Trading section rules

So I just came across a thread where a new user was trying to trade a 3DS or something for another 3DS and I noticed something rather...odd. Upon checking the official rules, there is no mention at all of the trading section or it's rules at all. To me this seems kind of silly, because if a new user were to attempt to access the section (correct me if I'm wrong, though, cuz it's kind of been awhile since I was under that 100 post thing) they're just given the "You are not allowed to view this section" page without any kind of explanation. So I figured you could add those rules in or maybe an excerpt from the rules or just that first rule under GBATemp Services or something.

TL;DR add the trading section rules to the official rules page for those tiny few who actually read the rules.

I think it says they need 100 posts when they try entering, but adding it to the rules isn't a bad idea.

Ah, must of been added at some point in time. I was always under the impression people just got an error when going to the trade forums. Oh well, thread can be closed then I suppose.
