Hacking Tips anyone ? thinking of prepping a 3DS for CFW

Soooo sadly I went all noob and bricked my US 3ds LL T_T
but i have a virgin JP 3DS LL that i was thinking of hacking,
so my questions are:

1) the FW on it is 10.3 , have a Sky3DS, what are my options for hacking it? i was hoping i could downgrade it to 9.2 and move on from there.
2) I have a lot of purchased games on it, IF i do create a cfw/emunand, can i maintain my account purchases ?
3) How dangerous is it to use a Nintendo ID account on a hacked 3DS ?

1) You actually are in the nicest version to downgrade. Sysupdater/Safesysupdater your way to 9.2 and be aware of that title that bricks JAP n3ds when downgrading.
2) Afaik, a downgrade won't touch your things. Keep in mind there are titles not working in a version as low as 9.2, but if you are careful enough you can move everything to emunand when you create the emunand and won't lose anything in the process. You could even update your emunand from there to 10.6 and regain back online and those pesky newer titles.
3) Afaik, there's no problem with that, but keep in mind the eshop is kind of useless if you get to cia installation. I suggest to unlink the NNID, specially if you also own a WiiU and you are using the same NNID.

hmm thanks for the info, yeah my WiiU IS tied to same account, so probably a good idea to unlink, my current issue is trying to get the hax working from browser, it keeps shutting me out and insisting i "update" my system lol, I can use CubicNinja on the Sky instead right?

try reset your date to 01/01/2000 00:00, run browser again and immediately when the app opened, click on the browser settings and find reset save data

Just knowing you need to delete a .cia file from japanese update pack 9.2 before downgrading. Don't forget to do that. Just search for a guide and it will tell you how to proceed.

it's fascinating how one can go from slight knowledge to total noob, i just spent like an hour pissed off that the Sky3DS wasn't working only to realize i was using wrong region <_< lol ... thanks for the tips guys, successfully downgraded, now to dig thru the rest of it
