They’re knock offs but for the price they work pretty good. Sure, I’ve already had to fix and put a new sd reader on the fxpak but for the price compared to actual everdrives I can’t complain too much. If I didn’t have extra parts and know how to solder it would have been an issue.
Shouldn't matter if it performs the same. The Summercart 64 is open-source so it's not a knock-off. FXPak Pro on the other hand, that being a commercial product, is in no way open-source, but a lot of Chinese manufacturers rip-off a lot of Krikzz's designs. You might want to be really careful purchasing the Everdrive carts in particular, as the latest firmware from the official site does in-fact contain brick code.

Yeah I did pick up a clone n8 earlier this month and while I was tempted to update it and see if it would actually brick it, I decided not to. It runs most of the games I want to play other than star tropics 2 and has quite a few useful features as is. So, no real need other than pure curiosity.
I did read that the fxpak or sd2snes was open source at one point and that is why there are clones of it.

For the bedroom, waiting for the switch 2...

Final overhead shot
But trying to hit that classic Mode 7 angle ftw 💚

This was fun and relaxing, aside from the occasional stress about matching colours or figuring out substitute pieces. I'd say it's good value for the AliExpress price.

It's REALLY made me want to play the game again. I have so many Zelda games left to play through that I haven't already played yet tho.

Maybe a cheeky speedrun.
Awesome man.... Looks great well done 👌👏👏

Time lapse this for the Zelda movie.... Probably be better 😂

TUBBZ DUCKS!!! (Anybody else collect these?)

So I got these two a couplel of days ago from Amazon. A Genome Soldier and the ever so shady Solid Snake. I like the EXCLAMATION POINT/MARK emanating from the top of the Genome Duck's head, great detail on both ducks, very well worth it.

I have two new ones coming in the next couple of days (Tubbz Ducks, but not MGS), I'll post pics when they arrive. :)

i am using the same brand and screen too but in 1440p for my pc. bought this 3 months ago
apparently there is a oled version of these and it's really cheap as well. might have to buy it soon. also just bought a electric air duster through amazon. waiting for it to deliver. not sure why i bought this but it's good to have in case my pc or anything electrical has dust in em'

Hey dude, I have a similar electric air duster, and it's pressure is just unbelievable. Forget canned air, this thing is a monster. Just take that that into consideration before dusting off any PC parts, especially your motherboard.

A PS1 memory card (classic grey), and PS2 memory card, the fujiwork black one.
Also 50 CD-R for burning ps1 games, lets go.

I'm still hoping for a solderless ODE someday for the PS1, especially one that can work with the PSone models.

I know someone was working on one, but last I looked it was still very much WIP.

I have a slim as well and didn't know it was possible on ps1, just ps2. That's awesome. Definitely looking more into that.

I only just discovered that Momotaro Dentetsu Showa on the Switch got an English release! Weirdly doesn't seem to be on the eShop, and I don't believe the digital or physical Japanese version has English as an option, but apparently the physical Asia release does!

Should be coming tomorrow, so I shall post pictures when it does!

I did get something today worthy of mention in the Atelier Yumia Premium Box:

Been ordering the Switch version since Ryza 2, though annoyingly we don't get a physical Switch version in the UK, so had to settle for the game-less box. I did pick up an Asia release which should also be coming tomorrow at least (and obviously I have it on Steam from reviewing it).

Good times ahead here!

I'm gonna be buying a Summer Cart 64 soon myself, closer to my birthday I think. It's to go with my Analogue 3D.

I did however recently buy some stickers for telling my printers apart, and made custom handles for their glass doors with quotes from their respective movies. So every new 3D printer I buy is going to be named after a fictional robot. I currently have Johnny 5, and Wall-e with Eva as the AMS. Next up will be GLaDOS with Wheatley as the AMS, if I ever get a third. I have custom lettering stickers on the way from Etsy to cover up the P1S logos on each.

Last edited by Jayro,
Went to the reptile expo this weekend. Got ten adult discoid roaches to add to my feeder colony, some frozen adult and pinkie mice for my 2 snakes, a 3d printed hide for my leopard gecko, some vitamin A for my frogs (2 dart and 2 pacman frogs), a small haworthia, a small air plant, and a beginner ant setup (queen, nest, and outworld).

I also bought a new tank for my leopard gecko yesterday. Going to set it up probably this weekend. I just need to cut a piece of plywood the size of the tank. I just like to put some under the tank for more stability.
