I was thinking, the DSTT is dead, but there are some clones of it that are alive.
These alive cards can run the DSTT firmware, so here's my theory.
Could we get the DSTT to run a clone's firmware?
for example, the card i use from R4-SDHC
It's a theory so please don't murder me

some R4-sdhc can work with YSMneu, other R4 can play directly the YSMenu or DSTT kernel...

But why the DSTT is DEAD ???

DSTT is alive and well, retrogamefan is still releasing updates pretty much every week. It can only be dead when they stop updating that shit. Like with the PSP's M33 CFW. Dark Alex left the scene and boom, the 5.00M33-6 is STILL the latest version.

Not fully dead, but it's a huge hassle to release game fixes, when you could just use a clone's firmware which is updated every 3 weeks.

Retro Updates every 1-3 days so stuff your 3 weeks.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
