So I use the change button mapping on the switch pretty often, and it works well and good for what it is. My only issue with the feature is it’s buried at the bottom of the system settings. I mean wouldn’t it make more sense to just have it on the actual controller menu? So it got me wondering if there was any way to with cfw to change the “Pairing New Controllers” button, which just opens a tutorial page on how to sync controllers, to instead open the button mapping menu? Anyone know if something like this is even possible or not?

I don't think it is possible to override some menu in some application.
With CFW you can override applications, like the homebrew app overrides the Album app.
Maybe there is someone who already made some homebrew app for this (although I don't know it.)
