Being nosey (as you know I am

) can I ask what your planning next ? A new app or adding new features to one of your other apps ?

Well, I'm always working cross project

Already did one or two Fixes/Improvements to both ShowMiiWads and CustomizeMii and also ThemeMii is on it's way to 0.2

Very nice. I wish i knew more about custom themes, i'd love to eff around with this a bit. Alas, i still haven't figured out how to put on a custom theme. (only worked with a tut for a little bit, couldn't get it working, haven't had time to go back to it).

Some handy links for people wanting to play about with this....(sorry no long descriptions or instructions)

SNEEK - play about with themes on an emulated NAND so no risk.
BootMii - if you don't have this you should.
Wii NAND Extractor - A handy tool for extracting nand.bin files created by BootMii.
NUS Downloader - PC app to get files from Nintendo servers.

I'm no themes expert so can't suggest a good guide, maybe someone could post a link to a guide they know works and/or any other useful apps to use in conjunction with ThemeMii.

I think with the move towards emulated nands will increase interest in themes and tools like this that take the hassle out of it will be very popular imho.

after playing around a bit, I simply love Thememii

Also I got some small ideas on how to make Thememii more productive. What do you say about the following?

• function to find (all/some) *.tpl files and convert them to png or even better tga with alpha channel, then copy to a new folder but with same structure.
  Howard Cs TPL Editor converts tpl to tga with alpha channel very great, also visa verse.
  
  for example:
  copy/convert "\layout\common\health_ash_out\arc\timg\it_has_a.tpl" to "\ThemeMii\Images\layout\common\health_ash_out\arc\timg\it_has_a.tga"
  
  So it would be very easy and fast to find and change specific image.
  Maybe it could create a text file with tpl format (AlphaChannel,RGBA8,Name,path) of each file which can later be used to reconvert the changed images to tpls...
• function to convert all the *.png/*.tga from the previously created "Image" folder, back to tpl with the the right format (AlphaChannel,RGBA8, etc.), and then copy the changed tpls to their right place inside the base app. Maybe, if it's possible, it could check the "Image" folder for changed files and create the mym file right away?

...This would just speed up themeing that much. and tgas with alpha channel would enhance the quality, also.
I really don't know how much work does it take to make such ideas real... You should tell me

you can find lots of dingbats on good font sites... the rest is a lil' ps work...
but you're right, nowadays I also see some similar looking avatars around.... Did I inspire the guys?? ...

btw I was inspired by Neorame.

I tried some testing, but...yeah...I couldn't test for a long time, sadly

I'm used to that it doesn't seem to work on Linux/Ubuntu, still, it's sad. It worked for some time with WINE, but then crashed during browsing the base.app. With MONO, I'll get the Warning that ASH.exe couldn't be found. I understand that this was mainly developed for Windows, though, it's sad that it doesn't work on Linux...

Oh well, maybe you could have a look at it if you want? No need to rush...but I'll guess I'll need to install Windows (bleh)...

I realised there is a typo in my Custom Health Screen MYM Creator, which is causing this issue. I will release a fixed version in a couple of minutes. Sorry for inconvenience.
