"Mine Children, Mine children, I pray thee to heed my words and follow them well. For they are the salvation to the entirety of the world.
In times of darkness, and in times of distraught, there be but one singular entity that will keep you sane.
While you may not grasp it, while you may not feel its grace, it shall bless you with happiness and gigantic E-penisery.
Bestowed upon you by others, is the grace of a "Like".
Which may be beholden by all others and mark yourself a true Man of men.
Dost not fret any longer child.
Care not where they come.
Or from who they are given.
But cherish them.
Show them off to the world.
And share them to all others.
Distribute, and you shall receive.
And thine Power will increase.
And then, and only then, when thou hast given and received, and blessed "Likeness" to all others.
Will you be accepted unto the holy order of Likedom."

Just a number on a screen.
It's really not about the "Likes" as much as it is about what they signify. A true, genuine "Like" means that someone on the other end of the cable, somewhere far away smiled reading what you just wrote. It means that the comic you painstakingly created made someone laugh. It means that the clever pun you made just brightened up someone's day. It means that someone nodded in understanding and appreciation when your post during a discussion between intellectuals made sense and perhaps, just perhaps, made a difference.

It's only a number on the screen when you want it to be a number. From a different point of view, "Liking" each other, "Liking" our content, "Liking" our ideas and points of view... is what makes us human. It's what turns "many I's" into "Us".

I cry everytiem... ;O;

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
RiiShop is the laziest way of downloading Wii games. Did somebody not think of this through?
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@BakerMan, I think you're talking about the recovery mode that the SaveMii used, and also was to restore softbricked systems.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
If your NAND was hardbricked, then just buy another Wii. Or go with the dirty NAND flasher method.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    Brb
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@BakerMan, Oh yeah, that was a thing too. Dolphin does support Wiimmfi.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
yeah you just need to put your NAND backup with wiimmfi on it
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
ngl i feel like if a bunch of my friends have wiis and know how to get wiimmfi and back up their NAND, then we could do a PMEX Remix tournament
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
maybe even add UMVC3/DBFZ and make it a biathlon/triathlon
