by the way, you should alphabetize the dat once you finish adding new games.

No need really, it'll show up the same in the R4.
so? It's easier to use on the computer.

Sweet, Grimalkin.
I'm thinking about using this, but I just have one question.
1.) Is the Cheat.dat filled with codes for every release?
I'm just wondering, because if it was, that'd be awesome, but a LOT of work.

So this is going to sound silly, but the new patched cheat system wont work on the m3. Any chance of somehow getting it to work on that? (I'm using the hacked R4 firmware on my m3)
Have you tried to patch the 1.11 bugfix version with the R4 to M3 patcher made by IQ_132? Here's a prepatched R4 1.11 bugfix kernel for use on the M3 Simply (English). Let us know if it worksSo this is going to sound silly, but the new patched cheat system wont work on the m3. Any chance of somehow getting it to work on that? Does this patch fix the animal crossing codes? And if he can patch the menu.dat for a fixed AR engine surely he can do more stuff (custom firmware)? For everyone who hasn't already done this; there's a patch around for R4's 1.11 kernel that supposedly fixes some Action Replay engine errors. It's made by Yasu and can be downloaded from his website. For those who don't like to patch it themselves, here's a prepatched 1.11 kernel.
The patch may make certain cheats with issues on vanilla 1.11 magically work![]()
