Download R4denc. Drag _DS_MENU.DAT onto r4enc.exe.
This will create _DS_MENU.DAT.DAT
Rename this to _DS_MENU.DAT and put on your R4. All will be well.

tested and it works!
thanks guinness!

cant seem to load stuff up though.

You need an external loader in order to load ROMs. One should have been included in the download.

BTW, make sure you have your ROMs in a folder called "games" and homebrew apps in "Applications" on the root of your microSD card. If you don't, you won't be able to FIND any of your ROMs unless you use the file viewer. Not sure if that bit of info is included in the other downloads, but it wasn't in the AceKard download. Is one ever going to be included?

got it working now. thanks

one last thing. how do i load cheats?
im holding B but i just go straight to the game loading.

This menudowood is a direct loader. It won't modify /__rpg/*.ini. So you can just go to wood*.nds instead to configure cheats normally.

lol i made my password contain 2 consecutive B's and i cant change it now xD

i fixed that problem though.

can some1 help me i loaded the m3ds real version of menuDO and i get a black screen saying needed 14 blocks ???

Format your card and try again. That happens when files get fragmented or "cleaned" using Window's chkdsk feature.

Hello friends
is there any chance I can choose the nds.ini own menudo? renaming without going through the computer or having to open the program by menudo and then choose the game, because the wood used and the r4 ysmenu ...
grateful ....
I'm using the google translator so the English and bad

Just wanted to add: Any developers that wanted to use the server backend, I just uploaded a working version of the SQL Schema. It should technically be possible to have a working test environment now. Just checkout the trunk with your SVN client and make sure the library and it's files are in "/BrotherBand" (case-sensitive on Linux servers). Just thought I'd add that update. Developers only please. Also report any bugs found in the server backend on the googlecode issues so that we can fix them. (Do not place things like "Add this, Add that" I would like bugs only to be reported till we can say there is a stable version of the backend.)

Thank you.

And how do you soft reset...
//edit It doesn't seem to create save files either.
Configure via wood GUI.

About that, how do you start the GUI? I tried executing menudowood.nds but that just gives a loadfile.dat not found error.
just execute woodr4.nds etc.

well, what is your environment? If you use "menudo as primary kernel", you need woodr4.nds separately to configure settings.

I don't have that file though =/
//edit Ok, this is confusing me. games do save but there's no save being generated, at least not where I can find it.

Ive seen a few themes, like the PSP theme, and does it work like the XMB?

And on the MENUdo Website for themes, what does "demo" and "WIP" mean?
