Alright so i installed all the files the way i was told to but when i load my R4 up its stuck on the loading screen And im not really sure how to dldi patch it either.Thanks

Found a small problem, so might as well report here.

The brightness setting on MENUdo should be the same after loading a game. Instead, it follows the setting of the original loader after loading a game via MENUdo.

No problem.

how do you use CLIRC it just shows the symbol and a white screen on the touch screen

If you're using your DSi, it may not be compatible with DSi. (Just a guess).

Anyone else find black lines appearing when scrolling through list of games?

Yes.

so how do i get it to work on DS2, what files do i put in to make it work?

You can't because it doesn't have an external ROM loader of any sort. The only ROM loader it has is built in and integral to the system.

if you go here http://menudo.co.nr/
there's a working menudo that uses the WOOD plugin, it only works with SD card

tried it, it works, played with it for a few minutes than I deleted it...
I'll wait and see how menudo develop, putting more weight on an already heavy EOS is a pass for me

i am using dslite
Then I don't know what the issue is. Try DLDI patching the file "custom2.nds" in the folder "_menudo\default\custommenus\wifi" for your card, I read somewhere menuDO may not automatically patch the files in custommenus.

I still can't get Menudo to launch games on My R4 SDHC with YSmenu. I have dldi patched everything. I have changed the ini files in menudo so it looks to ysmenu's. When I launch games now it goes to black screens. Launching Homebrew just goes back to Menudo. Any ideas? This is my card, the regular sdhc http://www.r4sdhc.com/.

im using wood, and in the nds.ini i have

loadHomebrewAsWell=0
loaderPath=fat:/akaio.nds
iniPath=fat:/__aio/lastsave.ini

do i change this?

How do you set it up to make it use YSM3 and make the roms boot in MenuDO
if its not too much trouble

I dont get it when I boot menudo it says it needs 14 more blocks and I have around 150mb space in my sd,what do I do now
Backup your data, format your card, copy all data back on. Usually that's a file fragmentation issue I think. Always works for me when I reformat my card.

ive got 2 questions:

1. i can not open the nds.ini, in the message said that the directory name was wrong. how could i open it?

2. how can i put homebrew in the custom menus?

sorry for caps, maybe typos im typing on a dsi :yayds:

Would it be possible for menudo on a dstwo to load Roms through a foreign loader ie. Ysmenu or a future modified version of wood?

For example, when ywg implements autobooting someone could modify the source to make it dstwo compatible.

maybe that possible, because the MENUdo already uses some foreign loaders (akaio and ysmenu i think) so as the main ysmenu don't work on dstwoo because of the main firmware boot/ load, maybe a loader using it's data as a sub-loader will work on a dstwo (even if i'm almost sure it's a hard work to make it run...)

who knows in a next release we will have a awesome firmware-homebrew multi flashcard?

1. strange try moving the nds.ini to your pc and them open it

2. what do u mean by putting homebrew in custom menus? u mean like the colors and dsorganize shortcuts? or like appications?
if it's about the shortcuts i dunno, but i already put my homebrew games in the :/games/homebrew and app-homebrew on /appications/"folder"

I DON'T KNOW IF ANYONE ALREADY SAW THIS,BUT YOU CAN PUT YOUR OWN PIC FOR THE FOLDERS, JUST PIC ONE OF THIS SITE PICTURES http://games.stumpnet.net/dsicons/ AND SAVE THEM IN YOUR PC, THEM OPEN THEM AND SAVE AS A BITMAP, CHANGE THE NAME FOR ICON AND PUT IN THE FOLDER YOU LIKE
