it's a ghost joke, the fruit on the pizza is the better on the world, a pizza without fruit is disgusting, if you don't trust me, ask the Italians who had to import tomatoes from Spain at sky rocket prices in order to make their pasta!

IIRC, it was a fanart of potential Charizard potential power-up in sword and shield
Peoples were thinking about Pokémons having offensive power-ups in swords (I dont remember any of them tbh)
And in Shields, i remember tons of fanart of pokemons having armors as their power-up

Fans did the same with Scarlet/Violet, with proto-evolution in scarlet and neo-evolution in violet
