of course i think he used alot of code from moonshell but i think it's more original than modified... although i guess it's largely up to opinion too.

Apps by the same author often have common attributes.

for example check out his apps, DSMPlay, Cooking Timer, Image viewer, they all have the debug screen and various similarities including menus. however i think they are just using his prebuilt libraries or code or whatever.

oh and obviously he is reusing alot of other code too, but so is DSMPlay (plugin system, mp3, video playback etc).

When I look at it like that I see what your getting at. It's a very impressive app/firmware tho. Also I found out how to fix my video problems. Just re-encode your DPGs with the dpgeng.exe included in the package and it plays like gold!

Since M3 Sakura is a modified Moonshell, is there a "sakura.ini" that saves the settings? I want to turn off GOP skip in the Sakura DPG viewer.

Edit: Wow, the CONFIG menu is working fine now! Nice translation. Only one more file to go till the true 100% translation is done!

I've had to halt my skin (Sakura Aero) because if this stupid error while compiling the skin:

I wish I knew why I'm getting this error! Has anyone else had the problem?

This may be too late, but I had this problem. I was using Photoshop, and I kept getting that message... So I opened up the files in MS Paint after editing and simply resaved. It worked fine after that. I hope that helped!

[Edit]I'm told that this new file breaks GBA loading capability within Sakura for anyone who uses it. While I don't wish to discredit them, I would like to say that I've been able to load GBA ROMs into Slot-2 using Sakura with this file, and I don't even have the M3 Real GBA Expansion Pack. Granted, loading ROMs to EZFlash 3-in-1 with Sakura is probably a bad way to go about doing that, but just so you know I can't reproduce the problems you've all been having with this.

Densetsu3000 I updated the links to the fully translated sakura for the triple boot , before it wasn't the cheat menu was still jap. the new links are found in the original thread i posted.

"M3Sakura firmware version 1.10 booting..." (top screen)

and :

"Checking for duplicate clusters & fragme
progress... 63% 305 files".

It's always blocked at 63%.

If that happens, there's a file system error in your card. Connect it to your computer and run your OS's disk check utility on it, then silently thank the writers of Sakura for allowing these problems to be detected early before something disastrous could happen to your card.

However, it has been said that the M3/G6 team is working on an official Sakura firmware for the G6 (confirmation?). So although the firmware can't be hacked, the M3/G6 team can rebuild it to run under the specs of the G6DS Real. No release date has been announced.

When did you get the info for this? Did the g6 team tell you?
