Hacking The Format Of Skin File Is Invalid - Please Help

Ok I macde a skin for my acekard 2i and every single time try to uplaoded on the acekard skin site says this "The Format Of Skin File Is Invalid".
So Itried to use the A Skin Editor from Dan Taylor and it said this "Your .ini files contaian one or more errors. Please check them in a text editor and try again".
I dont get this please help

Find a skin that works in Skin Editor, then compare the two inis to see which variables are missing. That's how I solve it, anyway.
