I'm a bit disappointed that a rom is dumped so early on the 3DS' lifespan. Oh well... can't do much about it now.

. But in the recent times, the hacking of devices aswell as hacking in general have become pretty common.
General public knowledge are increasing by days..

There won't be a flash card any time soon if that's what you are implying. I don't think scene releases are going to do much to harm developers because at this current frame in time there really is no way to play a 3DS game on either an emulator or a flash card.

The first step just has been taken.. Emulator is not a question at the moment, and why would anyone want to play it on a emulator with no 3D? lol

Possibilities of getting it to work on flashcarts are not to be counted out. Well, just the dump.. we can say more once more details gets up and hackers the the dump to experiment around with.

Oh god, now my friends are all going to come to me asking how to get 3DS ROMs working on their flash carts. Their argument will obviously be "But it's a ROM, and flash carts run ROMs, so there's no reason it can't work." I guess I'll have to come up and say "Does a VHS work in a DVD player? It should. Because it's a movie, and DVD players play movies."

I feel your pain. I am all the time hearing about the "Rampant" piracy on the DS and video games in general. In my area i am surrounded by kids teens and adults who can't put the unzipped roms inside the NDS file with out messing it up. I think it's way over estimated. by the way Ikki i hope it's true!!! Arrrr, me boy O

Lots of interest, but nothing will happen. Another year, then possibly a mod will arise.

Legacy says they "tested it out".
How would you test out a dump without running it? How would you even know you dumped the correct "data" at this stage, where you are the first one to dump? Unless you played the rom.
