For the final user, not at all; but for the company that developed it, sure it does and I'm not thinking about the app doing what it promises to do.

I use Lucky Patcher since 9 years. It is a very good Tool and is very helpful. You can delete Ads, you can "emulate" at many games in-App purchases, you can clone apps, etc. What Do you want from this Tool?

For the most works you need root access

If you don't know how to use it, then you shouldn't have it installed on your phone to begin with. It's not one of those apps where you just figure out how it works if you don't really understand what you are doing.
If you are trying to do something in particular, tell us exactly what, since you can do a ton of different things with LP.

Lucky patcher works perfect for me, you just need to read the tutorials for it. Read up and try again haha. I've used it a week ago for a recent game and it was great
