Q: What happened to the my ambassador program message? does it effect my eligible for the 20 free games?
I like every one else lost the message saying i was part of the program, I proceeded to contact Nintendo. They replied:

Hello,
I’m glad you contacted us with your concerns about qualifying for the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Program. I can confirm that if you connected to the eShop prior to 11:59 PM Eastern time on Aug 11, 2011, you will be eligible to download the free games when they are released.ÂÂRest assured that the Nintendo 3DS eShop News article confirming your Nintendo 3DS Ambassador program status was removed from all systems prior to the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador program deadline; this does not affect your status.

A: If you ever saw the message/connected to the eshop before the dead line (11:59pm est 11/08/2011) you are in the program


Q: What games do we get? And When Do we get them?
A: We Know We get 10 NES games on sep1st and 10GBA games some time before the end of the year.
of these games only 10 have been officaly confirmed
NES: games:
* Super Mario Bros.™
* Donkey Kong Jr.™
* Balloon Fight™
* Ice Climber™
* The Legend of Zelda™

GBA games:
* Yoshi's Island™: Super Mario™ Advance 3
* Mario Kart™: Super Circuit
* Metroid™ Fusion
* WarioWare™, Inc.: Mega Microgame$
* Mario vs. Donkey Kong™

I thought there were more than 10 NES games to choose from.

There is no choice as far as anyone is aware, there will be ten NES games and they will be already chosen for us, same for GBA.

but it will probably take more work than a regular VC game so not happening.

I thought there were more than 10 NES games to choose from.

They are going to be given free and Nintendo had the option to not even compensate early adopters.

So, no selection for us.
