tempy pavers

So i want to make stepping stones shaped like tempy. Who designed him? can i have permission to make stuff out of his likeness? I will make a play do model then dump plaster over that. Then quikcrete in that mold. if i pull this off can i gain an entire level?

Indeed you will need to make a model of it and cast it, but depending on how many you plan on making i would recommend using silicone over plaster as it would be more durable for multiple castings.
