I dont want a tekken DS game. it was a great fighting game back in the day but its completely inferior to fighting games in general these days and the DS has a large collection of decent fighting games already such as bleach and jump not to mention the fact you can download neods and play practically every decent fighting games of last gen anyway!

Anyways, by using emulators, it is possible to play tekken on your DS, however I would say it is half pointless since it will be no where near how tekken is today.

PSP rocks. It has great games a really good revolutionary handheld Gaming Device. Not counting the PSP Go though. Hence PSP might even be better than a DS.

Tekken on DS would be watered down. I liked the GBA version but it was nowhere near as good as the other Tekken games of course. The DS would be similar but probably not use cutscenes for special moves.

+1 for PSP Tekken...
The PSP version of Tekken 6 is simply amazing. It looks and plays very similarly to the console versions. TDR is also pretty sweet but lacks the extra characters and backgrounds. If you really want to play Tekken on the go then you should consider getting a PSP.

I dont think Tekken would work with a touch screen... Then again maybe. Would be like Zelda style or 2D gameplay?

A touchscreen Tekken would be pretty intense. Many people would probably ruin their screens playing it.
