Hacking TCPGecko for homebrew launcher

Actually, would this be the official download of TCPGecko? https://github.com/wj444/tcpgecko/releases

It says wj444 instead of user wj44, so I'm kind of skeptical.

I need some help because with the old tcpgecko you could hack the mii maker with no problem, but now with the new tcpgecko it won't let you. I don't have a 3ds and I wanna create hacked mii names so can anyone help?
