Hacking Tatsunoko vs. Capcom problem

Since I don't have a USB drive or SD card that works with the USB loader I decided to burn the game to a DVD-R. I use the Backup Loader and it identifies the disk but when it goes to the game it does this

Is that because the game is newer than the loader or is it because I'm running Wii system menu 4.0?
Did I download a bad file or what?
