Hoping to have some screenshots of our stage injecting method within the next hour or two. Sorry to keep you all waiting, just fixing it up a bit and making sure it will be a reliable method of replacing stages.

Wow reading through those pages so many useless posts deleted mods...

Are you planning on improving the gui to include actual images?

Yes. The next beta will have a small amount of images. Beta 4 (two releases from now) should include ground images, editing, and a large amount of sprites included.

BETA 0.3 released. Just something for everyone to play with while we add in Stage-to-Save level injecting, tons of new sprites, and our own little surprise

Enjoy, everyone!

you're my hero...but I'm still getting that error with U8.exe and can't save what I create. Dammit I wish there was a way around this.

Well I will give it a shot. Some things you can try:
-Install the latest microsoft.net forms
-U8 must use some dll files, i know all computers do not have these, anyone have any idea what it requires?
-Maybe a windows update ?
-hm..

Something else you can try:
Go to "Add Or Remove Programs" in the "Control Panel"
Look for "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2005" and remove that
Restart your computer, then install it, links provided below:
Try this one first:

If the above doesn't work try this one:

Still having problems try here:

Oh yea try this as well =)

It's strange that U8.exe wouldn't work for you. Everybody else on XP x86 has said it works fine for them.

Anyway, you can always download U8.exe yourself, when you're done editing the files hit save (get the error), drag the output folder onto U8.exe yourself and it should make the new arc for you.

Happy Thanksgiving, all of you Americans

To everybody else, happy November 26th? Anyway, I've decided to make another BETA release today. I know, two in a row like this? It's getting hard to keep up...

Introducing my personal favorite out of all of the planned features, the Tanooki Toolkit! I'll let the screenshot explain.

There haven't been any changes to the actual editor since yesterday's BETA release, but I wanted to get the toolkit out there for you guys to enjoy

Let me know what you think!
