Hacking System updates on b9s and Luma

Is there a way to block the console form auto downloading and nagging me with Sys update notification (got rid of the nag through recovery menu)?
It's OK for me to go to sys settings and update the console myself, but I don't want it download the update while in sleep mode and/or while I play games.
Is this even possible?
Just want to avoid 11.8 update.

Thats not really much hehe, i even didnt know that the DS is doing something like that.
Mine is not hacked, but till now it was never nessary to do an update and i was not interested to do it =)

(just stoped the wifi )
