Hacking System transfer to new 3ds with pre installed title help

Hello, I am going to buy the exclusive lime green New 3DS XL that comes with Super Mario World pre installed. What would happen if I do a system transfer (for DSi Ware had)? Will the game still be installed or will it be gone?

As long as you never make a new NNID on the console (just transfer from your other one with its NNID) it will be redownloadable.

Making a new NNID would associate the game with that NNID then you'd have to be signed in with it to be able to redownload it.
