Hacking System Transfer from European to US console

Hi, I just got an US console on 11.0 and would like to go thru plailect guide. The problem is that I only have a european console running luma. I understand that I can only system transfer between same region console... is there a workaround? maybe changing my european region to us and then do the system transfer?

You can region change, but you won't be able to access eShop afterwards to buy the DSiware game for dsiwarehax.
