I tried factory setting, haku33 but nothing worked.

sysmmc, emummc and stock show the same internal storage of 2.7gb.

I used tinfoil to see if there's anything on system and user folders and apparently, there are only save files with various sizes and nothing considerably big.

Is there anyway to fix the problem?

Don't know why that would happen, but saves take up space on internal storage, which is why I don't put games there.

If you go into Settings->Data Management->Move Data Between System/microSD Card, what do you see under "Move to microSD Card"? Is that item greyed out or are there items there?

It is an empty sd card, so there's nothing the can be moved between. Theres a pop up saying 'there is no software that can be moved' when I tapped on it.

You don't your try to install a small game in your SD card, then check again to see what happens? Maybe it's a software glitch of some sort.

Ok I just installed the 6gb game. Now the pop up saying there is not enough free space to move software.

Are you sure you didn't make a small emummc and are booting into it every time?
