Sysnand and Emunand ? Yup I know ...

Hi,

I just sell my currently Atmo Switch to a friend which have everything installed.
But this friend has a N. account with online subsription so we would like to setup a safe emunand for this.

I got used to Emunand on 3DS, but just for a refresh, what is the best way to setup everything ?

1) Can I keep the sysnand as it is and do a emunand which will be the safe one ?
2) do I have to do the opposite ? save the nand to put it on emunand, and uninstall everything on the actual sysnand to be the safe one (is it ok to uninstall all nsp or extra steps needed to not been banned ?

You need a 'clean' sysnand to create a clean emunand.
If you pirated your Switch and never went online with it, you could consider resetting your Switch to factory mode and install the cfw/emunand from scratch.
Uninstalling pirated games is not good enough, there are still some traces left that you used pirated games and this might get you banned.

Hum... Right !
This switch is a second held, immediately when I got it, I factory reset and put 90dns. So I guess it's safe ? I don't know if the owner before had made some report to N...

My biggest issue is that I don't want to install everything over again since qi don't have the files anymore and the patience too

What I'm planning to do is :

0) do a nand backup for safety

1) create the emunand (as advised on https://www.cfwaifu.com/haku33/

2) clean it via https://github.com/StarDustCFW/Haku33 (

3) temp rename the leftover Nintendo folder to emummcNintendo folder

4) and after complete, move the emummcNintendo folder to emummc/.../* (Will it work ?)

also do I have to apply incognito on emunand ?
