ROM Hack Sysbot for Pokémon questions

So unless I’m missing something I don’t see any tutorials for setting up a Pokémon sysbot so I’m trying to find all the info I need. My biggest concern is how do I prevent or mitigate a ban while running sysbot on my switch? The only thing I want my bot to do for now is clone Pokémon for ppl.

I think you still risk getting banned if you use sysbot.
