Hacking Question Sx Pro stealth and game update questions

Hello everyone, I need help from the community. Currently on 6.1 OFW and have the latest Sx Pro, been reading the forum trying to prevent to create a thread, but need specific answers. Sorry for the bother but wanted to know a few things.

I play xcl format files on my switch and my homebrews are in nro format. I haven't touch nsp games/dlc/or update manually installed myself. Currently no nsp format files.

1. Wanted to know if there is a way to update specific games? without triggering auto update on all xcl files updates when going online on OFW mode.
2. If i install nsp files, are all nsp types are at risk for ban? Haven't touched these types because when i update my xcl files on the OFW auto-update, figured it will trigger to update the nsp files as well, and might lead to a ban
3. Are nsp hombrew files safe? or they subject like any other nsp files. Wanted to know because of some homebrew that work better as nsp format.
4. Lastly does anybody have a guide to install layeredFS using sx pro, mostly seen atmosphere guides.

1. Download the respective updates in .NSP format and install them
2. All CFW/homebrew are at risk for a ban
3. See #2
4. Its the same process except that instead of the Atmosphere folder, you would be using the SX OS folder
