I'm having trouble running certain games (xci) from my usb stick connected to a usb c to usb a otg adaptor. I can get Dark Souls Remastered to play without any issues - however when I try to mount Starlink Battle for Atlas or Lego DC Super-Villians, I just get a white icon and I'm unable to mount the games...it just says there seems to be a problem with the cartridge. I have re-downloaded the games from quite a few sources but I keep on getting the same results.

Help!!!

Have you tried the xci on the micro sd card?

Why would you want to be online when you are using a hacked Switch? It a quick way to get yourself banned beside playing an eshop game online.

If you are using SX OS, it has 'stealth mode' enabled by default which blocks out all communication with Nintendo. Im guessing the internet connection test might be trying to download something off of a nintendo server and thats why it fails. You can turn off stealth mode, but i dont recommend it. Just stay offline if you are using a hacked switch. Keep it in airplane mode.

Hi, I have a problem.
An error occurred while I was testing SX 2.2 with an external harddrive. After rebooting I now find that going to the Album menu does nothing. The screen just flashes and it remains on the homescreen.
Pressing R while clicking the Album also doesn't go to the homebrew menu. It just shows a blank screen until I press the Home button. Pressing L while clicking the Album does show the normal album screenshots though.

I tried formatting the SD. I tried deleting the emunand. I tried going back to an earlier version of SXOS. Nothing seems to work.
Has this happened to anyone before? Does anyone have a solution for this?

Firmware: 6.0.1
CFW: SX OS 2.2.1 Beta
SD Card: Sandisk Ultra XCI Class 10 128 GB ExFAT
Game Name: Various games purchased from eShop, before I hacked the Switch.
Error: My Switch tries to go online to verify games, to see if "software is playable." Started happening today. I can reproduce it on every bought eShop game I have still installed from before I hacked the Switch. NSPs and XCIs of games I own(ed), and reinstalled or now run from the SD card, such as Xenoblade Chronicles, work fine.
Solution: I uninstalled one of the games and installed an NSP. It works once again. Will test this with other games.

On 3.0.2 I think patched with exFAT but not really working. My 32GB card formatted FAT32 won't read a split xci game made with XCI Cutter v2.4. Gives SD card read error.

how can i migrate old emunand to SD emunand? Edit, sorry i didnt read before asking :D

I wish I had checked my SDXC card right away like I read fairly soon into troubleshooting. It showed my 200GB from Amazon was actually 32 :/ All these days of piss farting around troubleshooting everything else and it was just the card!

SX OS 2.00
firmware 6.1.0

im having an issue with booting with the sx. Ive gotten it to run multiple times without issue when i first received it. But after turning my system off and attempting to turn it back on (with autorcm on) im unable to start the system. Ive tried various methods of the power system (10 seconds, pause, fifteen seconds/ vol +, power, hold vol+) and im also charging the dongle. Ive tried charging the dongle for a few seconds as team xecurter says and ive also tried intervals of minutes ranging from 1 to 5. For the most part when im charging the dongle it will display a green light indicating charge. But when i plug it into my switch it will often not light up. The rare few instances of getting a light and being able to boot into the firmware, i attempted to put my console into sleep mode and it refused to wake up regardless of what i do.

also, my switch tells me its at 80 percent charge, but some times when i charge the switch rather than the dongle, itll allow a boot. Im not sure if thats coincidence or if theres an error with my switch displaying a false charge.

Hey guys, having an issue with the 2.3 beta Everything else works but for some reason when I press L + R to start Lumines at the first screen of the game, before you get to the menu, it just opens up the homebrew menu and you can't close it afterwards, the music still keeps playing though. Only way you can make it show the game again afterwards is to click the start button but then it immediately goes back to the homebrew launcher again. Doesn't happen in Taiko, you need to press L + R to start that game too but it works perfectly fine there. Hasn't happened on any other game I've played since installing the beta either, just Lumines. Anyone else have that issue?

Guys, I'm going absolutely nuts here. I can get to RCM just fine and use "Boot custom FW" to load up the Switch menu. But whenever I try to open the Album, it just takes me back to the menu. Holding L opens up the normal album, and holding R with and without the homebrew .nro leads me to a gray screen, while pressing home takes me back to the menu once again. I've tried 2.0.1 and 2.3beta with a genuine SanDisk 64GB class 10 card. Nothing but the essentials in the root of the card. My Switch is running on 6.0. What gives?

EDIT: Don't know why I didn't try it before, but I grabbed a 32GB microsd I had laying around formatted as FAT32 (my 64GB card only gives me an option to format it as exFAT) and alas, SX OS finally booted. I'll try it with a couple of SanDisk 64GB cards later, see if I can get them to work as FAT32 and update here, because this issue was unbelievably frustrating.

Hi guys, I´m using SX OS Pro and I have a problem involving a black screen.
I let my switch recharge over night and turned it on with 100% battery an hour ago, so after turning it back on I wanted to go to album to switch to load another game and at first it showed me a message that the license is/was not found so I exited from album to the main screen and tried to go to album again, which might not have been a good decission.

This time it didn´t open up the sx os menu instead I got a black screen and the console is appareantly freezed and I can´t find a way to turn it off or anything.

Does anyone know what I can do to turn it off or can I only wait till it runs out of battery?
I mean I hope it´s only frozen and not bricked or anything.

Hold the power button for 15 seconds.

Thanks, this really saved my day :)
I actually tried this before, but obviously not long enough ^^

Hi guys,
When using SX OS, I occasionally get a 'LICENCE NOT FOUND' message when I go to the Album folder. If I try to go back to the Album folder again, the system crashes and I need to do a hard reboot.
I have a 400GB SD card formatted to exFat - is it possible that this is part of the 'exfat corruption' problem that I've seen floating around the forums?

Has anyone else had this problem? I really don't want to move everything across to fat32 if I can avoid it, but I have a sneaky suspicion this may be the cause. Thoughts?

Thanks.
