Hey ive been looking on this forum for like 3 month now so i decided to join.

I've been looking for some sword games like Lunar Knights, Zelda and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles were you actually walk around slashing enemys instead of RPG battle sequences.

yeah i liked bleach the its just a beat em up tho like at the moment im playing final fantasy CC and i wanted a game to play after that but i dont want to play lunar knights because apart from the action parts its boring lol

It is best to try Children of Mana, it has similar combat to Lunar Knights. Also, next week a game called From The Abyss is coming out (in english), and it is like those.

Next time say Action RPGs instead of Sword Games, that way you'll get more accurate suggestions =)

Children of Mana was very disappointing, but it's one of the few ARPGs on DS.
Summon Night: Twin Age is ARPG, the other Summon Nights are SRPG.
Rune Factory was one of the best ARPG on DS, but I'm a Harvest Moon fan to begin with.
Contact isn't very face paced but it's still got ARPG form.

A couple games that weren't fun for me: Scurge, Tao's Adventure and Lost Magic. Just throwing them out there just cuz.

Try "the world ends with you." Not exactly old fashioned swords and shields and dusty mages, but a definite must try. I thought It looked overrated, got bored one day, downloaded it, and now Im obsessed. Awesome gameplay. Intense storyline. Neat Graphics. Overall, try it. You actually slash and stuff on the touch screen, kinda like ninja Gaiden.

offtopic: your sig is too big

ontopic: Lunar Knights, Zelda and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles all have rpg battle systems
the difference come when you are talking about turn based strategy rpg or real time battle/action rpg

but lunar knights, ASH, and rondo of swords all have rpg battle systems.

Also offtopic: Mine or his?

Ontopic: And I guess Tales of Innocence is technically a sword game. The encounters are random, but the battles are all in real time and the character has a sword.

Yours is slightly over the 50kb limit for signatures, but I'm pretty sure psycoblaster was talking about benneto. His is about double the height of the rules and over double the size.

The encounters ar'nt random,an enemy chases you and if they reach it begins the battle.
