care to share?
I'm guessing you didn't copy your own Diablo1 data over.
No Diablo assets are provided.
I had a previously working 1.6.0-dev build, so all assets were in place. I overwrote the .nro with your 1.6.0 build and got that error. Going back to my previous .nro the error went away.

Checking file locations, my Hellfire.mpq is in /switch/devilutionx/mods/.
I guess now it expects it to be in /switch/devilutionx/ instead of in a mods subfolder?

Holy crap dude. Learn how to read.
You're able to to go the Github, download the nro, but completely disregard any of the written instructions on the same page.

Right back at you. You're able to create a Github repo, build an up-to-date release, but completely disregard testing and user feedback?

Did you actually check what happens when upgrading previous versions to your build? I did. All assets were in the right places.
I got it to start past the errors by deleting my diablo.ini and thus losing all my settings. My existing saves didn't show up either.
At this point I've decided I am done with this and restored my previous working build.

Thank you, anyway. Have fun.
