Switch (Trinket mod) crashes/turns off

So have a trinket installed on v1 switch for nearly 2 months and everything was working great. Now since yesterday, it randomly freezes or reboots and sometimes gives this error:
A fatal error occured when running Fusee.
Failed to initialise the SD card: 0x00004a18

Switch is on 16.0.1 and Atmosphère 1.5.4
