I updated Atmosphere two days ago. The update worked and everything was working fine until last night. I tried to install something using USB through Goldleaf, and it froze up the Switch. I tried restarting, but when I went to boot into CFW the Switch it just reloads hekate. Here is a video of what happens:

It also does this when I try Stock Sysnand. I've tried deleting my SD card and putting the CFW back on it from newly downloaded files. I tried putting the old CFW version back on the SD. Neither work.

I'm still pretty new at this. Can anyone suggest how to fix it?

Go to payloads and select fuse primary
Your Hekate doesn't seem to be comparable with the atmosphere version or something

Should I try to restore the Boot0 and boot1 backups I made? Do I need to restore the NAND (eMMC RAW GPP) backup as well? Or can I just try the boot ones so I don't lose my save data? I saw someone say in a thread that as long as it's the same Firmware version it should be fine. Is that true?

Before restoring your NAND backup, do the following:
  1. Make a NAND backup with Hekate if you haven't already. Store it somewhere safe.
  2. Make sure your SD card is formatted as FAT32
  3. Remove all CFW files/folders from your SD card (that would be folders like /sept/ and /atmosphere/)
  4. Download the latest Atmosphere from github
  5. Download the latest fusee-primary (next to Atmosphere)
  6. Download these signature patches
  7. Put Atmosphere and the signature patches onto your SD card
  8. Put the SD into your Switch
  9. Launch Atmosphere using fusee-primary
What happens? Note: This will boot CFW on your sysNAND as a matter of troubleshooting. It probably won't dirty anything if your sysNAND is clean.

It has now booted. Thank you. What do I do now? It still won't boot to CFW EmuMMC though. It still just reloads hekate. But it does boot using Fusee-primary.

Also, it seems to have updated my firmware to 9.1.0 even though it's been in airplane mode since I first put CFW on this a few months back.

Is that even possible? The console can't recognize a newer update if you don't enable internet or if you insert a cartridge that needs a newer firmware (I think)... :/

Someone updated your Switch for you :P
