Hello,

I have a question about bans. Lets say im gonna buy a game, read and copy the data to the SD card and sell the game afterwards. Will Nintendo ban me for this?
I saw that pirating games like right now pokemon will issue into a ban real quick. But just because alot of people using the same game file right?

As soon as you run a digital copy of a game you've not download from them you'll probably be flagged for a ban. Even if the game is yours and you still have it.

It's not necessarily that the game exists twice (there's ways of deleting this information anyway).... But they know that game shouldn't exist in your library (so will know you've used homebrew apps). And they can tell your not launching a cart.

The downloads from Nintendo have a digital signing code (I'm not sure if the carts do or have one included). Hombrrew allows you to use a fake signing code to install the game. So I'm unsure if theyll be detecting if you shouldn't have the game or if it's a fake ticket... But either way your looking at a probable ban.

If you install it to your emunand and block Nintendo you'll probably be ok. But as for online no to anything that's not completely legit.

every time i try to lunch atmosphere from hekate i run in to a black screen Message

i tried downloading all the files again and start over from the beginning and the same Problem appear again

How are you running it. Are you pressing launch then enunand?? or payloads then Fusee. Also what versions of Hekate and atmosphere???

Lately on one of my modded Switches. I've been having problems that aren't really serious. More of an occasional annoyance. Whenever I'm in game, I'll sometimes push the home button and it'll bring up the menu that pops up when you hold the button and I'll just hit b and it closes, but other times it just straight up reboots my switch into OFW when I close that menu. I've already done a clean install to see if that would fix it but sadly it didn't help. It's also not my buttons getting stuck either. Another issue I have is that I'll press the home button and the game will freeze and the way to fix this is to hold the home button to bring up the menu and turn on airplane mode. After that it begins to run the game normally. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing these issues?

what is it you are installing, cos it sounds like an update without the base game

Sigpatches basically make your firmware usable, considering the intention of most CFW isnt to play games that may have been downloaded wrongfully.

Use the Git hub guide to update Atmosphere and Hekate. The others maybe out of date.

Alright, you're very close to booting CFW. In a recent update to Atmosphere, fusee-secondary.bin was renamed to package3. So locate your hekate_ipl.ini file and replace all instances of fusee-secondary.bin with package 3.

Have a question about the latest jksv, I was wondering if this would work; backup all saves from all users then add them to my HD, do the dual booting adding Ubuntu and Atmosphere on my SD then backup all the saves then replace them with the other ones to restore (even the ones from other users to have all in 1 user), then restore. But don't know if it would work since I would add all the saves from all the users in the 1 new account (besides keeping that 1 sword save I made with a different user to be able to swap with my shield to complete both dexs in both games).

I've been out of the game for a bout a year or so now and I just got back and saw that there's no more SXOS. What's a good guide to migrating to Atmosphere or are there other options?. (Assuming I have no choice in the matter here). A video guide would be great if it's not outdated. My switch info is below. It's one of the OG switch that has a hackable serial (if that still even applies).

It's modchip or nothing basically... Scires has said the switch is a very secure system, and will likely never have anything like RCM.

how much does emunand take up? i know you need a 64gb (or above) sd card for it but is it around 50gb or is it less? sorry if this is really stupid i couldn't find anything on it when i checked.
edit: also, does hacking(specifically save editing) in games that can be online but never going online with hacked saves count as 'hacking online games?'
