Brick probably not, you might experience crashes though.

Not sure since 0.16.0 and 0.16.1 are in pre release state, so people will expect bugs, Two previous posts on Atmosphere github asking about

You put the Atmosphere files on the SD card, and inject the fusee-primary.bin on Tegrarcm gui.

Atmosphere requires patches to run backup so you need to look for them, SX has them build into their build so you don't have to look for it when using SX OS. You need 11.0.1 version of the patches.

shit means no switch for few days because sxos dont support 11.0.1 and ams always errors out

If you have a lower fuse count and NAND backup maybe go back to lower firmware. I haven't update any of modded units to 11.0.x

Yes that should be good enough, use the fusee one.

So how do i get my switch to NOT boot into hekate when resetting the switch?. I use just Atmosphere as the payload and thats whats loaded when injecting but i have noticed if i reset the switch from the Power Menu that when its reboots it loads into hekate and not auto loads Atmosphere payload and goes straight to the Switch home menu????

I believe you can downgrade to one lower firmware, but you would have to use like Hekate to boot everytime.

You set up autoboot if you are using Hekate as your autoboot, you can chainload into fusee-primary.bin to load Atmosphere.

No XCI mounting for Atmosphere. Should be able to use tinfoil fine.

Sorry I meant installing from .xci, and not mounting it.
Whenever I mount an xci in SX OS from my Pendrive and I want to put Switch into sleep mode, it wakes up and quits the game ,so I think its bugged or something. So either ways I dont really use this feature even in SX OS.

I tried installing an .xci and it worked perfectly with Tinleaf so I am very satisfied. I don't see much point to use SX OS any more.
