Hey there! I have two questions:
1) Is there any downside right now for updating to 6.2 through choidujour? My switch was in OFW 4.1 when i hacked it. It's now on 5.1 (updated through choidujour, of course) and i'm finding many updates asking for higher fw.
2) I'm using RajNX CFW since... well, almost since it came out. It works quite well for what i use my switch. Is there any point for changing to any other CFW now that it's discontinued?

Thanks beforehand!

firstly choidujour doesn't equal choidujourNX they are different programs made by the same person (Raj)

So point 1) Nope. 6.2 is the most stable and be done using CHoidujourNX from inside CFW

2) Yes, other CFW has continued support, if you wanted to use along the lines of RajNX then I suggest looking at Kosmos(atmosphere bundle) else ReiNX

I recently upgraded the size of my SD card from 128gb to 400gb. I used Win32diskimager to create an image of my old(128gb) card. After writing the image to my new card(400gb), I only see 128ish gb available. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong and how I can fix it?

copy files off old sd, format new sd to fat32 using guiformat copy files back

My old card is formatted in exfat. I currently have several files larger than 15GB will this create an issue if I format using Fat32? Also I'm using SX OS.

Yes, i meant choidujourNX. Thanks a lot for the answers, i guess i will update then!

files bigger than 4gb can be split or usb installed. cfw shouldnt matter
What is the benefit of fat32 over exfat? I currently have a good number of files over 4GB. I just want to make an exact copy of my 128GB without having to mess with splitting files if I don’t need to.

Exfat is unstable and prone to corruption in alot of cases. It's not recommended, something you could do though is have the 4gb+ files on the exfat card and have the other in fat32

Only SX OS supports .xci games.

got the usb install driver installed?

Yes I did.

To sum up I followed a guide and can boot into CFW (Hekate I believe), and able to find Goldleaf in "Album".

I tried installing from SD and it'ss giving me a screen similar to BSOD.

I just read above that since I am on 7.0.1 I need to install via USB which is where I am stuck on now....

EDIT - I've run Zadig and have pushed libusbK driver to the switch if that's what you are asking...
