Hold the power button down for 13 good seconds to turn it off.

1) Move/rename /bootloader/payloads/fusee.bin to /bootloader/payloads/fusee.bin.bk

2) Download fusee.bin again from Atmosphere GitHub and place it under /bootloader/payloads/

3) reboot

So we have completely new AMS, Hekate directories and latest fusee.bin.
Hekate_ipl.ini file is simple and correct.
You upgraded the payload.bin file on your RCM loader.

This really should be working right now.

Let’s try a couple more things:

in Hekate tap payloads and then tap fusee.bin specifically.

if that doesn’t work let’s try maintenance mode.

Complete these steps​

1. Ensure the console is powered off.
   • If the console does not respond, hold down the POWER Button for twelve seconds to force it to shut down.
2. With the console powered off, hold down the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons, then press the POWER Button to turn the system on.
   • Be sure to maintain the volume buttons pressed down until the Maintenance Mode menu is displayed.
3. Do not select any options…just power off the switch
4. reboot

To enter the maintenance mode you have to press and hold vol+ and vol- when atmosphere's logo shows up.

If you do these steps you will enter in hekate menu...

Both vol buttons have to been pressed once you have launch HOS (Nintendo logo or atmosphere logo).

that won’t hurt…just to prove the Switch is still good.

but we want to end up booting into Hakate and then selecting your Atmosphere tile.

so it updated on the cfw side but not stock?

OK…let’s take a step back.

In Hekate tap the emuMMC tile and take a screenshot. It should show your emunand status in the upper left like this:





Next navigate to home -> Console Info tap MicroSD button and post that screenshot as well. It will look something like this:
