OK so I've got a switch lite in for repair with a strange charge issue.
It came in dead and would not charge. I've opened it up to check for water damage etc. The console draws no amps whatsoever.
The usb connector is fine and checked round both charge chips for a short and nothing unusual.
I manually charge the battery up then plug back in. Console now fires up.
When charger plugs in it shows charging on screen but the battery depletes.
Still drawing 0 amps.
So I replace these in this order while testing in-between with same results
MT92T36
BQ
USB connector
Usually 9/10 this will sort it or replacing the odd cap.
Anyone have any ideas what to try next?
