I got a unit sent directly from nintendo recently (2020). They sent me an unpatched XAW9 switch. Incredible.

Serial on device matches serial on box: N/A, switch came in generic replacement box
Region: usa
Firmware: 12.0.2
Color option: N/A, sent without joy cons
Store: N/A, sent direct from nintendo
Was a bundle (if yes, which): Support replacement

You have to send a payload. But i don't see a reason why it shouldn't work on korean units.

You have to find used Switch on ebay.

Last moddable Switch sold at mass retail was between late 2018 and early 2019, so more than 98% got replaced with patched Switch and less than 2% may find in few retails in rural area.
