Being patched or not has nothing to do with entering RCM. What is patched is being able to send payloads, not RCM. If your jig isn't entering RCM, either try adjusting it so that its properly touching the corresponding pins or use something else like tinfoil or a paperclip.

already tried but the procedure requires that I enter RCM + mode first and then the power button. if the Nintendo switch does not enter this mode I can not run the application from the PC Well that is the hack mode to be able to access the game console.

I don't mean any offense with the following statement but if you are having trouble entering RCM on your Switch, the problem doesn't lie with the Switch but with you. More specifically your technique hence why I recommended alternative ways of booting into RCM. Here is a video you can follow on how to boot into RCM with tinfoil:

My switch is on the most recent firmware and it WORKED with the patch test guide and i got the QR code and the 0x7000

0x7000 it's ok ,not patched,last firmware at no incidence.

Both of you fall in the orange line:

Serials beginning with XAW1:
XAW1007800X and below are safe to buy
XAW1007900X and above not safe to buy, possibly patched
XAW1012000X and above definitely patched

Of course, the closer you are to unpatched units, the better your chances of it being unpatched but either way, the final test can only be done after the console is purchased. If you can only purchase one console, you are better off looking for one in the green range.
