You are suppose to say where to purchase date and what store.

It was in Brazil, some non-official retailer on Mercado Livre that imported it from somewhere else, which I then bought on Aug 22nd. Not really helpful :/

I know it was in Brazil. I just thought hat you might have the name of the store that sell it. There is no name on the store/market ?

Found it, "Lojas BigBang". I had to dig a bit on my orders page, the site doesn't really make it easy to look for that stuff. Edited my earlier post with it.

Is it likely that they have a firmware equal or under 3.0.0?

I thought the Switch released with 2.0.0

I know it sounds stupid but there was never an instance of someone saying any firmware above 2.0.0
