Hardware Switch Battery - can't reach 100% ? Stuck at 99%

Hello Guys, I've got my Nintendo Switch for christmas.
Now I'm triggered, I've left my Switch in the dock before I went sleeping.
As I woke up, I noticed that the percentage of the Battery is still 99%.
I restarted and shut it down (not standby) and left it for another hour.
Still it didn't reach 100.

Should I contact Nintendo about this issue?
Have you ever experienced something simmiliar?

My Switch charges to 100%, but I've had something similar on other devices (only charge to 97 or 98%). On those devices, it never seemed to affect battery life noticeably, but I'd contact Nintendo if you are concerned. They are very responsive to support queries.

I believe the switch had a firmware update to address issues with the battery % displaying incorrectly. I suggest you make sure you update your switch to current, unless you are waiting for homebrew.
I would also drain the system until it goes to sleep and charge it back up.

Got the newest update
