Superufo woes...

    I ordered a New 3DS LL (because I want the Japanese one) from Superufo (12/23/14) and it's been stuck at "Received and to be Processing" the whole time. I paid promptly after making the order using WorldPay within the hour, though it posted the next day. I have since sent two emails to information@superufo.com (1/1/15, 1/5/15) and one to janet@superufo.com (1/8/15) trying to get any information about my order. I have yet to hear from anyone though they claim 90% of emails receive a response within the first business day. I'm well aware of timezone differences, but surely this is not the issue in this case. I'm about ready to move on to getting my bank involved so I can get my money back, though, I'd much rather just have the 3DS.

    Is this par for the course? Any suggestions?
