Hello,

I was upgrading my GBA Supercard Mini SD to v1.8.5.

I went through all the steps, and it was going fine. It was in the middle of upgrading, and then the screen turned white.

After turning it off, the card is no longer read completely, like the Nintendo logo on the start up screen.

I have tried on two other Gameboy systems, and the card is not read at all. Other GBA carts still work on both.

If anyone has any sort of fix, that would be amazing.

Thanks.

flashmp - Firmware flasher for GBA Movie Player, Supercard SD and Supercard CF. Don't forget to insert the SD/CF card or else it won't detect.

https://www.darkfader.net/ds

1. Copy flashmp.nds to slot-1 flash cart.
2. Run flashmp.nds.
3. Before pressing the button, insert GBA flash cart into slot 2.
4. Hold L + R + Right to recover CF version, Hold L + R + Up to recover SD & Mini SD version.
5. About 5 seconds later, "Done !!!" will appear. That means it worked.

From what I read, it needs to be launched from a NDS (*.nds file). waires has only 2 GBA.
yeah OP will need an original DS or DS lite.. and a DS flashcart..
maybe you can do it with a second Slot 2 NDS card but i woldn't count on it...

maybe this is a wake up call to tell to get a ez iv or omega, even the ez iv will be a great upgrade from a super card gba
