    I've heard talk of the SDK being released, but where is it?

    It's not just tossed out to the public. If you're a homebrew dev, you can contact Team Supercard and (apparently) they'll give you the SDK and even a free DSTWO to test with. I'd assume you would need to prove you're really a dev to get it, though.

    they don't just give it to anybody who ask, you have to have proof of coding experience, etc

    Oh ok, i figured it would be secretive like that, why do you think they chose a private release?
