Hacking Supercard DS One Questions

Do .nds files have to be converted for use on a supercard ds one or where do you drop them on your card?

When i boot up my card it goes to a screen with file alias on the touch screen. So i think the cards set up corrrect.

Where can i find a guide on how to use the card and its features?

Plug 'n' Play, you just drop the ROMs on the SC and they work wow huh?

Though I suggest trimming them beforehand.
