Hacking super smash bros, 5.5.1, new disk looking for update

Hi,

got everything working fine with loadiine, got a new super smash bros disk. Every time i play it asks for a update??? As i'm already on 5.5.1 what would it be updating?

Can i turn off my blocking stuff and safely update??

It's to update the game and not the system. I did it since Loadiine would not work when I didn't and everything was fine.
