ROM Hack super robot wars J and W

does anyone have the cheat to modify the mechs attack, appearance, etc. for both series?
i heard that you can do it in J but i cant seem to find the code. i tried codebreaker but the game isnt there
also In W can i modify my mech so that i wont have to go all the trouble and meet special requirements to get them
