If I buy a new ps4 pro that's listed as a launch model am I safe? I bought a launch model as I commented earlier and it was 3.70. I've been burned before buying a "launch model" pstv cuz I was seeking 3.18 firmware. But for the price of a ps4 pro I kinda want to be safe

If it really is a launch model and is unopened. Then it should be 3.70.

Get two consoles with firmware 3.55 ( PS4 Slim CUH-2016B (1TB) from Horizon Zero Dawn bundle, as I said before). I can sell one console if someone is interested. Don`t know, are this photos useful to you.

Another report, CUH-7000BB02 White PS4 Pro (no bundle) came today with 4.70. It’s JPN model so no date.

Bought the Uncharted 4 PS4 Slim bundle on Tuesday. Amazon's delivering it tomorrow and with any luck it'll be on 3.55 as well.

Once I confirm the firmware I'll post here and then off into the closet it goes.

You should at least test it, though. As it is known that some ps4 come with faulty GPU. You should play some graphic intesive game for like 1-2 hours and if it crashes then ask for a refund/change.

Uncharted 4 bundle for $277 on Amazon 3.51 :-D

I knew it started with 3.5 I just couldn't remember the last digit. PS4 arrived today and is on 3.51.
